Why do I have to register to buy from AllMyAutoParts Australia?
To ensure safe transactions & reduce the risk of scammers contacting sellers all buyers must be Members of AllMyAutoParts Australia. This enables AllMyAutoParts Australia to make contact with both buyers & sellers if any dispute arises from a transaction.
Can I cancel my Member Plan?
Yes, you can cancel your Member Plan within 7 days of joining and receive a full refund. If you have listed any parts to sell during the 7 days you can cancel your Member Plan but will not receive a refund of your Member Plan payment.
Can I make changes to items I have listed for sale?
Yes, you can request changes be made to you listing at any time by emailing [email protected] or submitting a Ticket in the AllMyAutoParts Australia Help Centre. Any requested changes will be made to your listing within 2-4 hours of receipt of your request

How do I remove a listing?
If your item is sold or no longer available for sale for any reason you can request for it to be removed from AllMyAutoParts Australia by submitting a "Remove My Listing Form". The form can be found in the "Member Only Forms" page in the "Members Area". When a "Remove My Listing" form is received by AllMyAutoParts Australia we will contact the seller to confirm the request before the listing is removed. After the seller confirms the request the listing will be removed within 2-4 hours of receipt of the confirmation.
Can I relist an item I previously requested be removed?
Yes, you can relist an item by submitting a "Single Part Listing" form or a "Multiple Parts Listing" form. These forms can be found in the "Member Only Forms" page in the "Members Area".
Who pays for freight on purchases?
For items sold or purchased from "Members Listings" freight costs are worked out directly between the seller & the buyer.
For items purchased from a "Trade Shop" freight is added at the "Checkout" based on weight & delivery address.
Can I collect my purchase direct from the seller?
For items sold or purchased from "Members Listings" this option can be worked out directly between the seller & the buyer.
For items purchased from a "Trade Shop" this option is not available at this time.
What if I need to return an item I purchased for a refund?
For items purchased from a "Trade Shop" refer to our "Refund & Returns Policy"

Can I list vehicles to sell on DeadW8 Australia?
Whilst it is possible to list vehicles for sale on AllMyAutoParts Australia we recommend using www.easyflowassets.com.au to list vehicles, heavy machinery & other assets for sale. Easy Flow Assets offer a number of listing and finance options.
